Marketplace Product Lister

TIGON Golf Carts is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketplace Product Lister to join our growing team. This position focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing online product listings across multiple marketplaces and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with product data, uploading images, writing descriptions, organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate online listings. Experience with golf carts, automotive products, powersports, or eCommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Create and publish marketplace listings for golf carts, parts, accessories, and related products
• Upload and organize product images
• Take pictures of products, inventory, and vehicles for online listings and social media
• Write clear product titles and descriptions
• Update pricing, inventory, and product details
• Manage listings across platforms including Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor, Craigslist, TikTok, Instagram, OfferUp, and Mercari
• Manage multiple marketplace and social media profile accounts
• Respond to direct messages and customer inquiries about products when needed
• Ensure listings remain accurate and active
• Optimize listings for visibility and search performance
• Work with the marketing and inventory teams to maintain product consistency
• Remove duplicate or outdated listings
• Monitor listing quality and troubleshoot marketplace issues
• Create engaging product posts and marketplace advertisements
• Help maintain brand consistency across all online platforms
• Assist with digital product promotion and online sales engagement

Requirements:
• Basic COMPUTER and internet skills• Basic MOBILE phone skills
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience using online marketplaces or social media platforms preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of product photography and image uploading preferred
