Availability: Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

About the Role

Join TIGON Golf Carts in Hatfield as a Customer Service Representative supporting daily operations at our headquarters. This position combines customer service, phone sales, service coordination, payment processing, paperwork, and general office support.

You will communicate with customers, schedule appointments, follow up with sales leads, assist with financing paperwork, and help move vehicle sales and service work forward. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, professional on the phone, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities throughout the day.

TIGON Golf Carts operates in the electric vehicle, street-legal vehicle, golf cart, motorsports, and recreational vehicle industries. Training will be provided on manufacturers, vehicle models, parts, accessories, sales processes, financing, and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming sales, service, parts, and general customer calls
  • Make outbound sales and customer follow-up calls
  • Respond to customer questions professionally and accurately
  • Follow up with sales leads and prospective customers
  • Manage service calls and schedule service appointments
  • Coordinate customer appointments with sales and service teams
  • Assist with payment collection and customer account follow-ups
  • Process bill payments, refunds, returns, and other transactions
  • Prepare titles, registrations, sales documents, and basic paperwork
  • Help customers complete financing applications
  • Assist customers with financing documentation and funding steps
  • Enter and update customer, vehicle, sales, and service information
  • Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
  • Track customer requests and ensure follow-up tasks are completed
  • Support general office, administrative, and clerical responsibilities
  • Coordinate with dealership locations, store teams, and management
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient daily workflow
  • Protect confidential customer, payment, and financing information
  • Learn TIGON Golf Carts’ manufacturers, vehicle models, parts, accessories, and services
  • Support golf cart, electric vehicle, street-legal vehicle, motorsports, and recreational vehicle sales

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous customer service, call center, sales, office, dealership, or administrative experience is preferred
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Comfortable using Google Chrome and browser-based software
  • Basic typing skills with the ability to enter information accurately
  • Basic math skills for payments, totals, refunds, and transaction processing
  • Basic reading and comprehension skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to solve problems and respond calmly to customer concerns
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Must be available during operating hours Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Preferred Experience

  • Automotive, golf cart, electric vehicle, motorsports, powersports, or recreational vehicle experience
  • Dealership customer service or sales experience
  • Phone sales and lead follow-up experience
  • Service scheduling experience
  • Payment processing or basic bookkeeping experience
  • Title and registration paperwork experience
  • Financing application or loan documentation experience
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management or dealership management software

Industry experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
