• Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls
• Manage service calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with payment collection and customer follow-ups
• Prepare titles, registrations, and basic paperwork
• Help customers with financing applications and funding steps
• Process bill payments, refunds, and returns
• Support general office and clerical tasks
• Coordinate with store teams and management to maintain workflow
