This role blends phone sales, service coordination, paperwork, and office support to keep everything running smoothly. You will interact with customers, assist with scheduling, and help move deals and service work forward. The position suits someone organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
• Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls
• Manage service calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with payment collection and customer follow-ups
• Prepare titles, registrations, and basic paperwork
• Help customers with financing applications and funding steps
• Process bill payments, refunds, and returns
• Support general office and clerical tasks
• Coordinate with store teams and management to maintain workflow

Requirements

• Availability Monday through Saturday from 9am to 5pm
• Clear communication skills on the phone
• Strong computer and data entry skills
