About the Role We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help keep Tigon Golf Carts running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a hands-on HQ role that blends sales calls, service coordination, paperwork, and general office tasks. If you’re organized, comfortable on the phone, and can juggle different responsibilities, this role is a great fit.

Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls Take and manage service calls and scheduling Assist with payment collection and customer follow-ups Prepare titles, registrations, and basic paperwork Help customers with financing applications and funding Pay bills, process refunds, and handle returns Support general clerical and office tasks as needed Work closely with stores and management to keep things moving

able to be available to work Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Clear communications while talking to customers on the phone. Excellent computer skills. Attention to detail. Problem solving skills.
